First Update of the New Year

Hi all!

When I started a blog about the widely open field of telecommunications my intent was to blog on a regular basis about the issues surrounding the field. Unfortunately, I have not kept up the blog as well as I had hoped. I intend to change that in 2012.

I have pulled all of the content that was previously posted and will be re-posting it in the very near future with updated information. I am also committing to a post a week moving forward. I may post more than that but there will be at least one update to the Message Waiting Light every week.


Previously, I had intended to focus on Mitel products. And, while I am still very happily employed by Mitel and will continue to post content related to our product offerings, I intend to look at a wider array of issues than just the B2B market. Consumer offerings, product reviews, and much more will be items for potential inclusion in the Message Waiting Light moving forward.


Ours is a dynamic and fast moving industry. I find it to be a fascinating one. I hope I can add a little value to your day each time you read an item on the Message Waiting Light and that you'll keep coming! If you do find it helps you please pass the word along.
